The rules for using CryptoPatterns.ai: what the service is (and isn't), accounts, plans and billing, and the limits of our responsibility.
CryptoPatterns.ai is an analysis and education tool. It detects chart patterns, publishes their historical statistics, monitors markets, scores news and tracks your portfolio. It never places trades, never holds funds and never asks for withdrawal permissions.
Nothing on CryptoPatterns.ai is financial advice. Historical statistics describe the past, exclude your fees and slippage, and don’t predict what a market will do. Crypto assets are volatile and you can lose money. You alone decide what to trade.
Don’t:
We may suspend accounts that do.
Market data comes from exchanges and public sources, and news from public feeds. It can be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and exchanges can change or withdraw it. AI-generated text (news scores, the support assistant) can be mistaken.
We work to keep the service running but can’t promise it will always be available or error-free. Features may change or be retired; if a change takes away something you paid for, contact us.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits or indirect damages arising from your use of the service, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time in Settings → Danger Zone. We may end or suspend access for a serious or repeated breach of these terms.
We update this page and its date when the terms change. Continuing to use the service means accepting the new terms.
Questions about these terms: use the live chat and choose “Talk to a person”. See also our privacy policy.
